Lunging Pen Fully enclosed by tall rails, rubber surface, 22m across.
Hacking Track Stone and grass tracks around the farm along with a bridle way and good road hacking.
Turnout Pens 3 pens with matts that have a soft surface on top for all year turnout.
Field Turnout All year turnout with individual paddocks available.
Covered Horse Walker 16m Four horse, with lights and dog bone rubber bricks.

Stables Comprising of 13 loose boxes, 10 box American barn and another barn with 7 very large stables- all 30 stables have rubber matting.
Solarium On a winch to adjust height in cross ties, with lights and rubber matting.
Wash bay Hot and cold water, dog bone bricks, overhead light, cross ties.
Night check A nightly check where horses are skipped out, given hay/feed and rugs changed.
Parking Ample parking space to park your own horse-box.
Rest room Coffee, tea facilities and toilet.

Office An office and training room.
Competitions We run Affiliate British Dressage and Quest and Unaffiliated Dressage.
Clubhouse Used during competitions, but is also used to hold larger meetings.

24/7 CCTV Cameras installed all over the yard, lots of security lighting. The team live onsite as well as the Business Owners and their dogs, all within ears reach of the horses.
Alarmed The tackroom is heated and alarmed, locked with steel locking doors
Gates The gates are locked and secured each night.
